The current design of the $10 bill was officially released to circulation on March 2, 2006.

Also, the $2 bill was reintroduced to all twelve Federal Reserve Districts for the first time in almost 30 years. About 6.4 to 25.6 million were printed to each district, with the exception of San Francisco, where it's 64 million.
