Season 7 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was the third season of the show's second era. Some of these episodes likely take place concurrently with Season 6.
Discovery Family ceased weekday reruns of Season 7 after November 29, 2019 and on weekends after January 2020 before being replaced by reruns of Equestria Girls movies and specials. Most episodes of this season returned to the schedule from August 5 though September 4, 2022, airing on both weekdays and weekends, then the entire season returned on weekday afternoon reruns on July 14, 2023.

In South Korea, this season premiered on April 6, 2018. Two new episodes currently air on Disney Junior every Friday at 9:00 a.m. The Movie is expected to be released in theaters after this season has finished airing new episodes early this summer, when by then, Disney Junior will completely run out of new episodes to air.
